2. Subscription Services
2.1 Trial Period
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. During this trial period, you can explore our platform and services without any financial commitment. No credit card information is required to start a trial.
If you choose to continue using our services after the trial period, you will be charged according to the subscription plan you select.
2.2 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. When you cancel a subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew automatically for the next billing period
- No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period unless otherwise specified in this policy

3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
After the initial 7-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days after your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
After the initial 14-day period, refunds for annual subscriptions will be calculated as follows:
- Within the first 30 days: 70% of the remaining unused subscription period
- Within 31-90 days: 50% of the remaining unused subscription period
- After 90 days: No refunds will be issued
The unused subscription period is calculated from the date the refund request is received.
3.3 Custom Enterprise Plans
Refund policies for custom enterprise plans are defined in the specific service agreement. Please refer to your service agreement or contact your account manager for details about refund eligibility.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@codevialabs.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Provide your account information, including the email address associated with your account
- Include your order number or subscription ID
- Explain the reason for your refund request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4.2 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, the processing time depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution.
4.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees for periods already accessed or used (except as specified in Section 3)
- Custom development services that have been delivered and accepted
- One-time setup fees or implementation fees
- Training services that have been delivered
- Purchases made using promotional credits or discount codes

In the event of significant service outages or technical issues that substantially impact your ability to use our platform, we may offer service credits or partial refunds at our discretion. Such issues should be reported to our technical support team promptly.
6.2 Account Termination
If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
6.3 Pricing Errors
If a product or service is incorrectly priced due to a system error or mistake, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product or service and refund any amounts charged.

Any changes to this policy will apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the changes.
